How do I get there from Johnson Dr via bus?

It should tell you directions to cache and how you want to get there and from where.

I am not familiar with the bus system but from a Google search, it looks like you can take the 402 to get to 75th and quivers. Then hop onto the 475 westbound until you get to JCCC. From there you get into the 435 which should take you past College and Pflumn which is where Collector's Cache is. You could also walk there from JCCC.
