I have a 5 month old puppy I need to give up. How do I go about doing that?

Just take your puppy there bring your i.d. and let them know your issue..They will have you sign paperwork and pay a $20 fee and than it will get his or her shots and check up and if healthy be put up for adoption GOID LUCK

You can go there and let them know the situation. It may take about 30 min but they will take the puppy for you after you fill out the paperwork. Fortunately puppies generally are quick to be adopted.
