I do not know I do know that they have an intake process and they ARE DEFINITELY the folks you want handling it......that being said I do not believe it is a drop off anytime time of situation we looked at giving up my Shepard and we had to answer lots of questions and make an appointment this mind you was for a 4000 dollar dog BUT it was because of all that time they and I needed that I was able to have him move with us to a bigger home....sorry i couldn't be more informative but they really do set your cat up for success on the back end.....
