No, there's not and they kinda pace you, to make sure you are eating everything you ordered and the rice amount on the rolls is small compared to other places. It's good to go in groups that way you all share and try different plates.
Not really a time limit, more like a "rounds" limit. But then again you can just keep reusing the order paper. Just be respectful and there should be no problems :)
There is no time limit. We often take over 2 to 3 hours to finish. There are different prices for lunch all-you-can-eat and dinner all you can eat. They even have an all you can drink.
