There is no charge. It is a public park and I might add, a very nice one.
Both the grounds and clubhouse are free to visit. If you attend an event or organized class there is a small charge depending on the event (meal served, handouts, speaker fees, etc). There are helpful people at the welcome desk to answer questions and guide you.
