Dolce Bakery designed our wedding cake and it was FABULOUS!!!! My husband and I started our wedding consultation with a cake tasting at the bakery and we spent a solid hour going over flavors, design and how many tiers we wanted. The Dolce team has been nothing but kind and quick to respond to all of my emails. The cake tasted absolutely amazing and the design was perfection. We did a solid buttercream around a 5- layer cake (each layer being different cake flavor and filling)- Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the cake tasted. We LOVED Dolce for our wedding day! Cake wasn’t our jam. We wanted a variety of bite-sized desserts for our guests (and us!) to enjoy 😊 Dolce was very helpful in selecting popular items and incorporating must-have desserts from our list. They also helped ensure we had the right quantity for our guest count. I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Prior to booking, we picked up a tasting box … don’t skip that step 😉

Hi Nicholas! Are you telling the world or asking? If you're asking, it is delicious; layers of spice cake bursting with fresh carrots, chopped pecans, rum-soaked raisins and soft praline filling between each layer!
As always, the health and well being of our team and customers is our top priority.While our cleaning and sanitization practices have always been rigorous, we have implemented the CDC’s recommendations for sanitizing against this virus. All team members wear a mask and gloves at all times. All patrons must wear a mask while inside Dolce. All team members temperatures are being taken at the start of each shift. We ask all patrons to keep 6 feet apart when inside Dolce. We are offering curb-side pickup for prepaid orders. We are monitoring the situation, locally and globally, daily for any needed changes to our operations.
