No response.
HUD told HAKC to contact me on 9-10-2020.
No response.

Are you emailing a specific person, or a general email? If specific person CC their supervisor when you send email.

It typically takes a few days for a response. They are overwhelmed. I've always gotten a response within 3 business days.
