Why are the night lights off at Victory Park? I used to go walk it at night but the lights have been off since December

Lights only go on when someone has a permit for night use of the park (soccer had permits in the fall - baseball and football have permits in the winter and spring).

Because tax payers are getting ripped off used to always leave lights on for safety but city wants cops only dealing with tickets or anything that brings in money for them they forget they work for us so now we have two major gangs fighting each other in that area and a great deal of East Pasadena

Lights are on for soccer before Christmas and left off till February when baseball practice begins.
