Elevate saved my life! I have never experienced a treatment center like Elevate. My entire treatment program was individualized around my specific needs, and they do the same thing for everyone else there. I suffer from a lot of trauma so they provided me with a special program to address my trauma and substance abuse issues. I had individual therapy every day with my clinical team. The staff is extremely accommodating and kind. I felt very safe and supported during my entire stay. The house is amazing, all of the room are private and I was able to bring my dog and my cat which was amazing.

Where to begin? This place saved our son's life, I'm sure of it. The location and setting are gorgeous, which helps with the crucial first impression, especially with a reluctant patient. The staff are kind, expert at what they do and infinitely patient. The psychiatric/medical aspect is superb, and most importantly, our son felt comfortable to be there and even to stay longer than he initially agreed to. There is great care taken with next steps following rehab and it was reassuring to discover that Elevate already has a solid reputation in the world of IOPs and sober living facilities. The after care has been extraordinary. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place and feel incredibly fortunate to have found them.

The first step is deciding that you need a higher level of care. Just make that decision, we’ll help you figure out the rest. Length of stay is decided by you and your treatment team. This is based on detox, mental health stabilization, and need for individual/family/couples work before you leave treatment.
Bring comfy clothing and workout clothes. I always say be ready for a walk/hike, or be relaxed for group activities, but above all just bring yourself. We can always make a trip to Target or order what you need to make sure you have the basics.
After enrolling into treatment, you are under our care and require 24/7 monitoring. We understand that being in one location gets overwhelming, so we offer experiential activities, (based on your interests). This includes: Visiting an art studio, botanical garden, animal farm, and daily walks around Pasadena.

Every client will work with a licensed therapist, substance abuse counselor, mentor, family therapist and nurse.
Family/Friend visits are every Sunday. If more time is helpful, we can make arrangements with you and your loved one.
We work primarily with clients who have co-occurring disorders. Our clients have a primary substance use disorder and secondary mental health disorder.
Clients are provided with phone time 2x’s a day. More time is allotted based on the needs of the client.
