Weekend you can use the pay parking. There is a pay terminal and you get a paid slip to put on your dash. Weekdays is Street parking only

Easiest is in the meter parking avoiding the conflict of finding parking in the street (this is for the weekends) Weekdays definitely go for the street
Park a few blocks down in the local neighborhoods! :)
Parking in the metered parking spots is cheap enough to avoid the stress of finding space in cramped side streets
