This office is unorganized and unprofessional. After months of waiting to be seen due to office staff (losing/misplacing paperwork) my mother had come in for pain in her knees. She saw the doctor and they set up injections for her at the next appt. it was all set up and confirmed(insurance, what the pain management plan was) she arrived to her appt and wasn’t given the treatment that she was supposed to receive. She sat in her wheel chair for hours for nothing. She will not return to that office. I am extremely disappointed in this office and lack of patient care. My mother’s pain was not their priority as it should hve been. I hope the doctor/doctors find a way to better train the staff. They lack important skills needed when dealing with patients in pain.
