They take reservations, but I've never needed to reserve a table unless I was traveling with a large party.
Yes. It is highly recommended that you make reservations and don't be offended if you still have to wait more than 20 minutes past your reservation time to be seated. Also, leave plenty of time between your meal and your next appointment because service is pretty slow.
