Our youth classes start as early as 4 and go through to about 17,then depending on maturity and size, students can move to adult class. We do free trials so come check one out.
Once a teen is 16 they join the adult classes. I have my 12 year old in the kids Jiu-jitsu class
How old ? There are kids classes and then once they are old enough they join the adult classes I believe.
Definitely. Seen kids as young all 10 there all the time.
