I have had to change my original review of 5 stars and drop it to one star. If I could leave zero stars I would. Birch Gold group is really great on the up front side of taking your money for gold or silver but when it comes to selling back to them, it’s worse than pulling teeth. The first time I sold back to them, I had to call for over two weeks to get information and figure out how to even go about selling to them. Once I did get the information I then sent my metals and had to wait two more weeks for the refinery they use to get to my metals for them To get me the selling price.(the wait time on the refinery is not on BGG, but trying to get any information from them is.) I then tried to sell to them again and much like the first time, I’ve had to call multiple times and I’ve been told that they would call back etc etc. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I highly recommend that anyone doing business with Birch to keep in mind if you choose to sell back to them, don’t. would like the take a moment to say Sam and Chase are the most professional people I’ve had the opportunity to work with in regards to my financial security. Not only have I called multiple time, I have also had all my questions answered and explained in a way that really did put me at ease. If you are going to buy precious metals you have to use Burch gold group they are phenomenal. I honestly cannot say thank you enough to Sam and Chase for all of the help literally step by step walking me through the process helping me pick out which ones to buy they’re awesome.

Hi Samuel, thanks for the question. If you place an order for physical possession, the metals are shipped direct to you, fully insured, and you can store them however you'd like. Alternatively, some customers opt to have the metals shipped to a depository for storage with a private account. For an IRA, the metals are stored on your behalf at a third party depository, such as the Delaware Depository or Brink's.
