I went to Covid Clinic this afternoon because I needed to get tested they have the worse service they had about 4 or 5 employees a car was infront of me and I was the second car first an employee Rocio was just standing on her cell phone secondly she walked away instead of helping patients and continued with her phone call secondly all the other girls were just hanging out on a pod and only one employee a guy was the one to register both cars and test both cars they need more employees that want to work not just sit around and do nothing I think patients should be the main priority secondly most employees were not wearing a mask but tell us patients to wear one they definetly need a new management team or retraining to show them how to be sanitized and how to make patients the main priority not personal phone calls nor just chatting and not helping the only guy that was working this was at about 4:30ish they made us wait about 15 minutes we just sat in the car I think they need staff checking on them not just trusting the team they currently have.

Had Covid - Flu rapid test at 8:30 am. Rapid results a joke. No results at 10pm!. Called and emailed…Sounded like they were trying to look into it but no real answers…What happened to all those after me? Find a more reliable place! Update…It took 64 hours to get rapid test result….If they are backlogged, they should say so and not just collect the money and keep people hanging…Now have government free tests coming.

Yes it is a scam, believe the bad reviews - they will waste your time and take your money. I set up an appointment for a Covid test on Dec. 26 at 1 PM - when I got there there was a huge slow moving line. There was no way I could have made it in by closing time, 4 pm. And even if I could have it would have been a waste of 3+ hours. They never refunded my money. There is no place on the website to cancel so I'm disputing the transaction through my credit card company....

Basically a scam and very inconsiderate. We waited over two hours with an appointment and when we reached the front of the line they told us they were closed. Based on how everything was already packed up and gone and also how the line started moving quicker after an hour, I estimate they had been closed the entire second hour we were waiting in line. Nobody bothered to come down the line and let us know they were closed. They just thought it would be best if we waited there for an hour for no reason. Eventually a good samiratan god out of his car and had to go down the line of people telling them they were closed. They were planning on letting everyone just wait for hours to get to the front to tell them. Unbelievable.
