How do i get question's answer by email about one of my family membsr's in the hospital?

I don't think you can get it by email but your family member will have a patient portal that you can log into and see everything that's going on with them. They have to set up the patient portal online first and then give you the log in information. That's the easiest way to communicate online with the staff there
