Yes, if you cannot reach somebody you are allowed to try again, or try someone else.

Depends on how long they've been there if they're newly there sometimes it takes a week or two depending on what their situation is if you want you can leave a message for staff to let you know that your loved ones doing okay but give them some time to get a little better and sometimes they reach out on their own usually takes about two weeks and they can get a call day if they haven't called another family member already it's not cuz they're trying to avoid you but they're working on what they're there for I know that may sound harsh but it's not meant to
