My wife had her Samsung phone display turned back . We took it to this store and they checked if there any internal issue but turn out the display got bad after 1 year. I guess Samsung make poorly quality phones now but thankfully Airtech were able to get it fixed.

I’ve been coming to this store for a couple of months now and they’ve always been very good at fixing my phone. This time I had issues with my pro max and I took it for a screen repair. I went on Saturday got it fixed and then this happened. The screen was acting up, I couldn’t text, call and then it turned all those colors. Called Sunday went in and they told me it had a internal crack plus that a part wasn’t changed at the time that the tech fixed it. Now Monday my phone still doesn’t work I called to find a solution for this and ask for a refund but the rep was more upset over the fact that I went elsewhere to get a second opinion. This new guy told me that it had the cheapest part which was causing the delays and cheap quality of pictures, etc. The rep told me that I had to return the screen so I can get a full refund which would cost me more to drive there to do this then him being polite and professional to provide me with a refund over the phone. The funny part is when they removed the old screen the tech said it will crack and wouldn’t be able to put it back but now this tech is saying he needs it back and he will replace it with the old one? How does this make sense? Then he says the part was $189 when that’s the price he charge me for the screen and service but yet when I checked online it shows the part been super low quality and at $89 dollars. Don’t understand the point of lying but I’d this is how customer service is and the quality of work then I’ll rather go elsewhere. Please don’t waste your time or money here trust me you’ll regret it!!

So I came in a few days ago so worried about my phone being broke didn’t think they could fix it and surely within 30 min my phone looked brand new with a new screen! I ended up walking out with a new looking phone with a case and a couple charges I needed all for less than what other places quoted me

Wow amazing service and pricing cracked my phone and I called a couple places and the price was high I contacted Airtech and cheap pricing and super fast repair got it back same day my phone looked brand new they saved my phone ! And got me back to work in about 30 mins !! Thanks airtech will be bringing my business over in future phone repairing
