In Nov, I was looking for new carpeting, tried the big box stores and after being disappointed with price and customer I found this store close to my home. A & S Floor coverings at 21524 Sherman Way. Selection was excellent, sales person informative and I was delighted that it was going to cost a lot less with delivery installation and stain guard than the big box store. When they installed it, they did a great job, it looks terrific, but in the process something must have happened and there was damage to the floor to ceiling closet door and the molding around the door. I spoke to the owner and he had Aron here the next morning to inspect and plan the repair. A few days later Aron and another gentleman were at my home and put it all back together. In fact the door the crown molding and the mark on the wall was repaired better than it was previously. It all rolls easy on the tracks. So I was ahead of the game in price, the other stores did not have the sample I close and love, and in the ease of using that floor to ceiling closet. This is the first time I’ve ever went on yelp but my oldest son suggested it.

High grade products, excellent customer service, best pricing in LA by far. I contacted over 10 flooring companies to have the stairs, hallways and bedrooms redone with laminate flooring and was given a wide variety of pricing over the phone and in person. Sergio from A&S Flooring gave me the most reasonable pricing, so good that I had him come to my house to make sure that we were talking about the same quality of flooring. He came over very well dressed and completely professional and polite. He took measurements and gave me a written quote which matched what he had told me over the phone and also put in writing the specific product I had requested. His team came later that week and pulled up the carpet and replaced it with gorgeous laminate. I couldn't be happier, his team of installers were VERY professional and did a marvelous job. The stairs alone really gave my house a new look and complete facelift. I have had many compliments from friends and family. I highly recommend A & S to anyone looking to upgrade their home or office by replacing their flooring.

Wonderful experience with this company! I was on a tight budget when shopping around for carpet throughout our condo. The owner was very accommodating with our budget, time frame, and style of carpet. I felt like he went above and beyond to make the sale with us! The installers came and they were very quick! For a 980sq ft condo w/ stairs it took them from 8:30-3:30, including ripping up and removing old carpet and pad. Although around one door frame the carpet wasn’t installed perfect. We later noticed a wall was hit from furniture moving as well. But regardless of those two LITTLE incidents I highly recommend this company! I will be keeping their info for future projects. I am very happy with every aspect of the service. Serj had very good advice about the kind of floors that might be best for our physical therapy office. He gave us a good price as well. The people who he suggested to do the floors were professional and did a very good job. My experience was stress-free and positive. Our place looks amazing!
