Also, bring your paperwork off you have a service dog and some will waive the deposit fee. I have a police K9 and they did waive the deposit.

Yes. They do charge a $25 pet fee and of course they ask that you not leave your pet alone in the room and not bring aggressive pets. There was a nice area outside for walking dogs and they provided poo bags (though we had our own).
