Yes they always open during their normal business hours. Some animals may not be visible though due to the rain. Also if you are going there today (2/3/2019) or tomorrow, some animals such as the wolves or the leopard will not be in their enclosures due to construction... One fun bit of info: they are preparing the enclosures for LIONS and RHINOS. A Zookeeper told us last week that they are planning for an Australian exhibit in the near future. Enjoy your day!
