We appreciate the drivers and how they maintain the vehicles they are assigned. The drivers tend to be great conversationalists, are extremely knowledgeable of the area and strictly abide by the Rules of the Road with their safe-driving skills. Depending upon when you call, there may be a lengthy wait. Make sure to plan well ahead of need time and be sure to call from a well-charged device. Some drivers may try to blacklist you if they call and a poor signal drops them. Our best advice is to make use of their app or booking website. It can get you service faster sometimes than calling. Overall, our past experiences have been very positive. We enthusiastically endorse this taxicab service.

DO NOT USE! I ordered a cab to the airport several hours in advance, and it was 40 minutes late!!!!! This was not on a weekend nor during peak hours, but on Monday at 2:30pm. The driver apologized but had the audacity to charge me for the fare. I do not believe this was driver’s fault, however. I called the company to ask for a refund. They told me “it’s not possible because the service was performed.” It’s always possible to issue a refund; even if it’s a mailed check. I was also told that cabs are subject to availability and timely arrival is not guaranteed. I ordered the cab ahead of time for a reason. If there weren’t enough drivers, I should have been informed, and I would have called a different service. I also was not told that the cab could be late, especially by 40 minutes.

Unreliable. Had a 5:30am flight and booked cab 24 hours before for a 4am pickup. They did not show up and did not call us to indicate any issues. You can only imagine the stress. We barely made the flight. Called Jenny at VIP cabs instead who showed up within 10 minutes and delivered us as promised on time.

Similar to the other reviews here, I would not rely on Yellow Cab for an early morning car pickup. I reserved a car for a 4 am pickup the day before, but the car never arrived. Ended up getting a last minute Uber. Definitely would not recommend for reliable early morning pickups.

The cost is between 80 to 100 dls and try to reserve in advance we have mini vans and can fits all your luggage just ask for a mini van

The number of people doesn't matter. Average cab carries 7 people. The cost is $3.25 per mile. However, there are different pricing during Coachella Fest & Stagecoach. The meter starts at $3, and than the milage fee is $3.12 a mile. You can call yellow cab direct and give them your pick up and drop off location and ask for a quote. Plus you should also include a tip for the driver. Tips are where most drivers, like a Waiter/waitress makes their money. Hope that helps!
