This business is top notch! My parents own a condo in Cathedral City. Since my mom passed away, I’ve been taking care of the bills, etc. at the condo. I needed help getting added as an authorized person in order to have correspondence sent to me, instead of my dad. Jessica Perez was so helpful and very professional. She told me exactly what was needed. As soon as I gathered the information I emailed it to her. She was super fast with her response. I appreciate how easy she made this for me.

I recently had a complex issue arise that required document from Desert Resort Management. I contacted the Director of Community Management, Jennifer Carroll, for my condo complex and she has been incredibly helpful in fulfilling my request. The documentation was not immediately available, and she continued to touch base with me every day or so until it became available, and forwarded it to me immediately. She also then, on my request, forwarded it to the party requiring the document. She provided me with an excellent experience and I couldn’t be more grateful to her for her assistance.
