I bought tickets online and didn't received the tickets an my email to print them or even proof of purchase or nothing, I only have order confirmation, what should I do...this is so frustrating!

Just go to the window when you arrive & show your confirmation, they will print them

Same thing happen to me...in your email search for egalaxy store (that's there websource) and you'll find them.
