Ted, there is not a dress code for the restaurant however I recommend business casual attire as it is an upscale venue.

I've done both dress up and walking in wearing jeans and a Tshirt, the staff has always been cordial.
Not that I'm aware of, but my honey and I dressed up. It's only open for dinner and it is a very nice restaurant, so for us it was a chance to get fancy. Some of the other guest were dressed in your everyday clothes.
No there is not a dress code. It's has the best atmosphere of all there restaurants.
