Please do not waste your time coming to this medical office. They do not care to know or listen to you and why your in pain. I Went in for dizziness, nauseous, ear ache and fast heart beat. The doctor saw me he said you have nothing, with out no blood work done. On my way out I saw that my urine hadn't been check or tested because it was still on the little erea where they ask me to put it. I later found out that I had a bad tooth infection that was causing all these symptoms. Thank God I started to take Amoxicillian that I had at home to help whatever was causing the pain and it help out a lot. I hope they do better here. It is NOT ok to send someone home with pain.

From the get go girl at front door was rude I took my 78 year old aunt she was not feeling well, she was also feeling weak and lightheaded they would not let me in the waiting area also said I would not be able to go in with here to see the doctor I had to wait outside. I was upset and told her she would be responsible if she was to fall.SHE SHRUGED HER SHOULDERS !!

Today I went to urgent care the nurses are great here the problem I had was the “care” I received from the physician Dr. Liu i took a urine test didn’t get told anything about it when he walked in he tapped my back a few times asked me if it hurt then push on my abdomen asked if I had pain which I do and I couldn’t even answer before he said I’ll send your antibiotic to the pharmacy and walked out the room he never stated I actually had an infection!! This is the worst care I have ever received at this urgent. I felt so disregarded

I called my Dr. Beshara's office and spoke with nurse. I told her that I spoke with nurse practitioner 2 days ago and forgot to give me an advise about my headache. I called today and notified the medical assistant Myra and advised to notify the nurse practitioner that covid triggered my migraine. I asked if I can take my Dilaudid for pain with other medications. She told me that her Manager told her to call my pharmacy because the nurse pratitioner is not there, and the on call doctor is not available until 5pm. Where in the world that there is no one can give you a good advised from this clinic. The pharmacy is not my doctor's office and they don't know my medical history. I told the nurse that I need to talk to the Manager and Myra is so unprofessional, talking over me and so rude. Is this is the kind of nurses that Beaver had? No compassion at all and they think that patient are stupid and didn't understand what they are doing. I hope that they can feel and understand how horrible and frustrating to get sick. They will just feel it once they get it.

Urgent care is open 7 days a week until 11pm. At Highland Ultrasound is in the same building. Redlands does Ultrasounds at the 2 W. Fern Ave office. Ultrasound is a 5 day operation from 7 am to 5 pm 5 days a week. If urgent care has a patient that requires a STAT ultrasound we will do our best to work them in same day. Occasionally if the patient can wait until next day we will work them in then. After hours or weekends, the choices the Urgent Care has is to give patient an order to schedule on a weekday if it can wait. If not, the patient sent to the hospital.
