No. But you park on roads of downtown if you are lucky. Parking garages are close by though.
Neiman Marcus does not have a parking lot. The parking in the building is for tenants only. The best alternative is the Northwestern parking just one block east. Prices are variable based on time and day so you will have to check the rates at the parking entrance.

I believe there's a 15 minute loading zone on the south side of the building, but I'm not aware of any direct affiliation with a parking garage. The building is massive with a tower that has offices, so maybe there's a parking lot on the Chicago street side of the building.
It's in downtown Chicago so good luck parking anywhere. Most parking garages are $17 for the first 20 minutes.
