Not that I know of, but if that's a concern don't put the sauce on the food. You decide what goes on your plate.

It's up to you what you have them fry up for you. So if you think the sauces have msg then you can omit it. The meats are frozen and don't appear to have any added condimentsbon them.
You choose what your fry up. You can put just meat & veggies with no sauce or noodles if msg is a concern.
