Thanks so much for your help I was hoping for 🍞 bread items I have hypothyroidism and wheat bread or flour is gluten and eating this causes my thyroid meds not to work and I put on weight and my hair has gotten thinner I want to get breakfast to take out Tomorrow morning God willing.oh next week there a free hypothyroidism dinner and meeting for people that have so much problem with their metabolism and it's a clinic that shows video s about people who have this problem and how they effectively got things under control.mimis must have a large area for these types of meetings.
