No matter where you go, in-store customers will always come first. Maybe you should go inside for help.
There's so many customers thay most of assistant manager are busy scheduling people who don't put things back were they found them there's at least 8 full shopping carts full of go backs every four in a half houŕs that there's no time to answer the phone. And go online and perorder the items you wish to purchase let them do the shopping for you. plus try to asking for customer service or go online and post your complant with corporate office. They will answer your complaint with an email.
