Too big for a departmental store to handle phone queries
Yes my apologies my question was can anyone ever answer the phone over there I found my own answer though if you call a different department such as the deli they will answer and if you chew them out a little bit they will radio the manager and you'll get your call answered I think it's really ridiculous that nobody answers the phone
I have never had a problem getting my call answered; you can always dial the operator or customer service (select zero or whatever number they say is C.S.) and they will help you. Sometimes other departments dont answer, but they will help you if that department is unmanned or busy, etc.
