Do the phones not work or do they just go unanswered? Either way, very inconvenient and aggravating

Phones work, it's just that this place reportedly have terrible customer service.

This is the worst Walmart in the world. They do not answer the phone and when they do they immediately transfer you to a dead line. Their in store service is even worse! I have never understood how Walmart has ever stayed in business if this is how they operate. Does anyone know how to contact Walmart by phone?

They most definitely do work! But they prefer to answer questions in person
