During my 15-20 minute visit, I experienced 4 employees asking me if I had any questions or needed assistance. So in that area they excel. However, when I did need assistance listening to speakers(comparing one brand of 8" woofered dj speakers to another) I was told that nothing was hooked-up to a music source. So I drifted to a smaller sound room to hear some 8" woofers studio monitors, and I was told the same thing. Not sure whats going on there, but I could hook something up in about 5 minutes to test speakers. I took my speaker money elsewhere.
No they have great customer service. Especially the young guy in the drum section was spectacular. He use to be in his high school & u truly can tell, cause he good with those sticks. He KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. When I go back I have to go back to see him. He knows his STUFF!
