Purchased items this past weekend for plans to wear one of the items for a night out. Went to put it on and the sensor was still on! Needless to say I couldn't wear the outfit I planned to wear. I just drove over 20 mins back to the store on a work day to have them remove the sensor (with my receipt and tag). I asked them if they would be willing to give me a discount if I bought something given the inconvenience of me having to come back due to their mistake. Cashier asked another coworker (I'm assuming a manager) if she can give me a discount and the girl said no. Really?! That's the least they could do. That was my first time shopping there and will be my last. Very poor customer service.

Despite the fact that this place lets you buy clothes for pennies on the dollar, the staff could not be more gracious and helpful! I was looking for a particular shirt in particular size and least three people went through all the inventory to try and find it for me! You guys are awesome!
