This is the second time that Dean/Kilowatt has saved me during a meltdown during a summer. The first was over 20 years ago during a horrific heatwave when I first purchased my house and had to have the whole system redone. And today, much to my astonishment and delight, Dean himself was at my door less than an hour after calling the company for another major malfunction that was due to a breaker issue (not a problem with the AC). Beyond that, I have my system serviced twice a year by the company. The same service people come to my house each time. They know my system and they CARE about their workmanship and customers.
