Don't bring your dog to crossroads. They will charge you an arm and a leg and ask you to sign up for credit and chances are they can't help on the end.

Those are bad signs. Take your dog to an animal hospital right away. (Crossroads doesn't open until 6pm & depending on amount of blood loss, that could be too late) Good luck!
