Yes they charge a ridiculous fee. Dont go there!!! When i took my dog they charged me 100 dollars just for them to tell me that they didnt have the medication there so they couldnt help my dog. I was so upset i left crying. Trust me dont even go there.
This place is great for emergency situations in the middle of the night. If your pet just needs a checkup take him/her to a regular vet during business hours. Treat this place like you would an emergency room for humans, yes it's expensive but that's the price you pay when it's a life or death situation at 2am.
Just have to put this because a lot of people complain about pricing and I'm tired of it. It's a hospital, people, the equipment and meds are still as pricey as it is at a human hospital. Only because it's for animals, ignorant people tend to think that it should be cheaper. If you can't afford to have pets and be there for them when they get sick, then don't. Why do people think it should be cheap and in some cases free???
Warning do not come to this place: First they take your dog or cat to the back and then they tell you it's $700 just to be examined and evaluated, then they put your pet on sedation and then they tell you it's going to cost $$$_____ and that you can apply for credit up to $4,000 and mostlikely charge you $4,000 and your pet may or not make it, mine didn't, the vet a female blonde very rude and aggressive did a surgery procedure and said I had to take my dog home where it later died from the surgery she performed. Do not bring your pet here, I'm not the only one sadly with a story like this. This place needs to be shut down.
