Gets fairly busy. It appears most people work out here are trying to be olympic lifters. allot of dead lifts going on. one issue with these deadlifters, then tend to take up the squat rack area for some time. treadmills are not the most kept up, they tend to stick or not work. allot of dumbells if you can get to use them. decent heavy bag area and an area with extra weights where classes tend to take priority. they have a sauna and they go 24 hours, so thats a plus.

Every week there is a new broken machine that never gets fixed. What's going on?

Pros: nice people, cheap, open 24 hours Cons: Gets very very busy. Sometimes the machines were broken. Difficult to cancel membership. You can cancel for free if you wait one year after you join (there's a fee if you cancel before). Not enough equipment for the amount of people who go to this gym. From what I remember there was one leg press, and hack hack squat, which would be fine if there weren't a ton of people waiting for those specific machines. Summary: it's an okay gym, if you're going to go, go when no one is there (super early mornings)

Called to cancel membership they said I had to go in person to cancel. When I went in to cancelled I asked if I can get my refund for a pending transaction and they said no.Even though I called before and did not use my membership. Worst customer service. There should be a policy to be able to cancel over phone and if your not using membership you should be intitled to get a refund. Anything to get your money. They are over priced and staff is rude.****FYI I called corporate there is nothing they can do this is a independent franchise. My personal opinion I would check out LA fitness across the street.

Yes, the changing rooms/bathrooms and showers are separated by gender!
Yes.
Sometimes but either way it's always packed inside
I think so for sure they have boxing clases
No to both. Equipment is currently moved outside
They do not. Crunch Fitnesses do not have basketball courts.
Yes, while the parents of the child exercise in the gym area, the kids can be taken to the Crunch Child Care center, I don't remember what it's called, but they take care of your kids and have them play in a play area, while you exercise. However, you need to have membership to bring your kids, as well as sign them in, and sign them out.
Yes it's open!
