I own a side business and rent a space at an old industrial complex, east of the city, just off Main Street. I cannot tell you how wonderful the delivery team members were. I ordered a grill for father's day ($50 shipping) and they got it all the way across the country by Friday and then is just stopped for days (3 miles away from my house). No delivery slots, not willingness to let me pick it up. It is so frustrating. They earliest they can do is Wednesday. Pretty slow for what is advertised as a fast shipping company. $50 is kind of a lot for the service FedEx freight was rendering...

Not at this location sorry, this is a freight center where we distribute mostly commercial items and large items that require forklift/ pallet jacks. There is no drop off here and there is high security in the area.
