This is true. They will text you just before the appointment. DO NOT WALK IN. Its almost impossible to see anyone just by walking in. Call ahead of time and make your life easy breezy
...or go early or at odd times of the day and Im sure they can accomodate you in no time.
All you have to do is call Apple and they will set it up for you or you can just walk in and wait what they will do is text you when it's time so you could go have lunch or just walk around and check out the shops
