Spectrum increased my internet price by 45%. The staff showed attitude when I went to this location. So I got AT&T internet and disconnected Spectrum.

I went in for an additional cable box wich I got and walked out with but then my internet wasn't working, it stoppedworkingat home. I called customer service and they told me I was charged for the cable box the following day from the date I walked into the store and got my cable box and further more the store personnel had charged me for an internet modum. Thankfully after talking to a customer representative on the phone he believes me that I did not receive a internet modum and that I had actually walked into the store the day before it showed in their system and received an additional cable box only. And Thankfully I had my recipe on hand so I was especially confident about the date I walked into the store. To me it feels all shady... Glendale store.

Worst experience I ever had. I upgraded my internet service, so I have to return the old modem. Waiting time an hour already and counting...other customers gave up and left the store. The box says Drop off at any Spectrum Store. I was told to sign up to get in line so I can return the device. I was told to go UPS to avoid waiting time..but UPS close early on Sundays.. this location needs better customer service definitely...

Weirdest and rudest staff ever, longest wait time up to 1 hour. When there was miscommunication and I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor did not even ask what the problem is and just said "you have to comply with whatever the staff says otherwise you should leave". They had the weirdest attitude ever. Don't go there you should call customer service for everything and stay on line for 45 mins to get a response.

You may have to just ask Spectrum.., especially if your hardware is from another carrier!
I believe you can return Spectum product to any of their locations. Give them a call first and let them know that you'll be coming by.
