There actually enforcing it on rentals. But self equipped. No.
Not that I have encountered, I replaced the strap over my head. No one said anything.
I heard they are required now for tournaments and some fields are adopting the rule for everyone
Haven't been there in about a year but I've never had to have a chin strap on my mask.
