The hikes are easy, a few benches along the way, too. The poppies are past their prime for the year, check their Facebook page to see if any are still in bloom.

Average trail 1 to 2 miles easy to mid level hills. Have a cement trail for wheel access that's about 1 mile

The hikes are about a mile long beach. The lightning hike is actually uphill to you be able to do a good workout there.
