We have dined at least 6 times at Alamo. The service has always been good and the food excellent. Pricing is reasonable for a good steakhouse. I'm looking forward to our next visit. As for prices not being on the menu I'm not sure what you are referring to. I know at the restaurant they are and I believe on the web menu as well. I highly recommend Alamo for a great time and excellent food.
Our experiences at The Alamo have been very good. We like the atmosphere and have not had a bad meal there. It is a little pricey for us, but we generally dine for about $45 plus tip for the two of us. More if we order steak. The prices were on the menu. You're looking at $22-32 for a steak depending on the cut. Includes sides and bread. I can't compare to Cattleman's. But the gentleman who went twice and decided to not go back -- his experience is opposite of ours. We've been 8-10 times and have never had a bad meal or poor service.
Funny..had prices every time I go with my husband. Two people runs approximately $60. Depending on how much you drink and what you get. Don't know about the comparison.
I've been to Alamo twice and I was not impressed either time. I thought maybe the bad experience the first time was a fluke, but when the 2nd time was worse, I made the decision to not go back there ever again.
No idea I have never been to cattlemans
Hi! There are prices, but not real distinguishable. My sister in law and niece live in Louisville and said Alamo is much better than cattleman's, but they are slightly prejudice 😁. Please call 217-234-7337 if you want further information.
