It is a very busy beach. Lots of people and pets there daily. I would look for a smaller and less crowded beach for traumatized dog like yours. I feel it would be very stressful for your dog. Best of luck .
There are a lot of people at the beach with their dogs at this location. I wouldn't suggest going with a dog with that kind of history. Acclimate your dog in a smaller setting (fenced in dog park) with a few dogs and a few people to see their reaction. Do it a frequently just to get them used to the social interaction. Best of luck!
