Yes the monkeys roam free and the humans are caged. You walk through caging where the surrounding monkeys (mostly Java Macaques) roam free
Not loose as in running around amongst ppl. But can feed them and see them clearly
They are on top of fences. They'll come to you for food but you won't be able to touch them. You'll be able to feed them though.
Yes alot of them really cool to feed them
