This place is horrible! They give you the run around and not well coordinated. Can’t even give you basic info of who working on my electric scooter or any updates if the electric Scooter is being worked on or not. Took 3 weeks to change a tire!!!!! Cmon! Best thing yet, still expect you to pay full price. I would not recommend this place if you need maintenance on a scooter. Enter at your own risk!

Rudy and his team did a phenomenal job with a full tune up for this gal. I was in a collision and needed my front tire trued. They spent extra time and care to get it done so that I didn’t have to replace it. They cleaned her, adjusted the brakes, and made sure everything is in proper working order. She’s riding smoother than ever. And they guarantee their work for 30 days so I can make sure it feels good on my daily commute. Couldn’t be happier.

First time here and was impressed with the quality of workmanship of their products. The love of my life Alison got her bike here and she lit up like a 10 year old girl. We have had nothing but fun from this experience. If you need a bike you must come here and check them out. Great location and easy access.

I recently picked up Jamis Citizen 3 from The Miami Bike Shop. Rob is the world's best bike mechanic! His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience fun and educational. What a great place. The Citizen 3 is a good ride also. The bike style and size fit my riding style and purpose perfectly. When I arrived at the store to checkout their bike selection, It was good to find the store busy and their staff assisting clients with adding air to their tires and doing safety checks before their ride. Ask for Rob when you visit.
