I park on the western side of the building closer to jog than military trail. The mah shop that I frequent is on the west side, though there is an Eastern side one. There are maps, but people are friendly to point the way for a first timer.
They have plenty of parking and valet most busy times. I park on the east of the building or where the concrete statues are, its close to food court. And the Mar Jong store I don't recall but you can ask the information desk, there are two.
There are two stores that sell Mahjong supplies. One is at 4325 Bourbon that's on the east side of the building and the other one is 3323 Carnival and that's on the west side of the building
Park on the west end around the side of the building. Plenty of spaces and get your coupons right there. Mah Jong is also on the west end. Right by the orchids
Parking is good anywhere. Park at left entrance of main entrance. Go right on 2nd row Mardi Gras @ 2-3 blocks down on left. Right after the Hat Man.
