There is no problem smoking outside. The bar tender will give you an ash tray. I’ve never seen a sign saying not to smoke. If there was, any would they bartender give out ashtrays? There is plenty of circulation outside also. Huge fans blow the smoke away. It isn’t cold, but rather pleasant. I am usually cold everywhere. The fans didn’t bother me a bit.
