I was shopping all over Boca Town Center looking for a formal dress. Client service in Neiman's, Bloomingdale's and Nordstroms was a huge disappointment. When I happened upon Rosemarie on the 2nd floor of Saks I hit gold. Welcoming, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air. Today my cousin and I came into your store on the hunt for a gift for a friend of ours. We walked in and had our minds set on a particular cologne set by Yves Saint Laurent, until our eyes crossed path with James who works in Hermes…. Before I can begin to tell you about the amazing service he gave I must say “I believe in the law of attraction and I believe James was definitely the angel my cousin and I needed.” Fast forward, as soon as James smiled at my cousin and I his energy immediately dragged us to his presence and he welcomed us as if we knew him personally, which was the absolute highlight of the experience with James. My cousin and I are two complete opposites when it comes down to scents but somehow James who was so educated on each scent was able to find a scent that both my cousin and I could agree on. James was not only vast on his knowledge of Hermes scents but he also recommended other brands that we also enjoyed. So to sum all of this up, My cousin, James, and I are all now best friends. Lol. I wish each of you could experience the “James at Hermes” experience because needless to say that’s what you call TOP TIER CUSTOMERS SERVICE.!!!
